ReplyDeletestackups. it's really just a term we give to a mexican salad i suppose. we use ground turkey, ff refried beans, lil' cheese (i use ff feta), spinach, tomatoes, salsa, etc.... we use reduced fat triscuits for the chips. i love that everyone can make it their own.
